Saint Atelier asked me to design a flyer for their event, "Dear Summer"—a parking lot party with a DJ, food, drinks, local vendors, and raffle giveaways to kick off the summer.
I wanted to avoid the typical summer visuals—no suns, margaritas, sunglasses, or beach scenes—since the event was happening in their parking lot. Instead, I went with a fresh, energetic design that captured the vibe of summer without relying on clichés. I used a bright blue paired with a yellow to create a vibrant, eye-catching look, and added playful cloud elements to give it an open-air, carefree feel that still fit the urban setting.
The layout is clean and structured, with strong typography and graphic accents to highlight key info while keeping the design fun. The final flyer was optimized for Instagram and helped Saint Atelier clearly share their message with the community through a visual that matched the energy of the event.
